New Greer’s Market opening in Magnolia Springs in summer 2027

The small Town of Magnolia Springs will be getting a Greer’s Market next summer! In a May 2026 planning commission meeting, Magnolia Springs Mayor Houser reported on a meeting with Greer’s Market, which will be opening in the former Family Dollar building located at 14627 US Highway 98, Magnolia Springs.
“The Greer family plans to develop the Magnolia Springs location as their ‘flagship’ store, setting the architectural style for future Greer’s Markets. They want the Magnolia Springs location to be a community staple for both weekly shopping and casual dining.”
