Loaded teas have become a phenomenon in the Southern states like Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Oklahoma and Florida — and the Mobile Bay area is no exception. Nutrition shops are popping up around our area, offering teas with vitamins, caffeine and more.

What is a loaded tea?
A loaded tea is a water-based energy drink made with Herbalife supplements, vitamins, and natural caffeine sources like tea and guarana. The water-based drinks are filled with a blend of vitamins, minerals, and energy-boosting supplements. The vibrant drinks include products from Herbalife, a nutrition company that’s been around for more than 45 years. Herbalife has 11 nutrition clubs throughout Baldwin County providing teas that usually advertise weight loss, focus and not having the jittery feeling that come from alternative drinks.

Highway 225 shared that their store offers caffeine, whey protein, 24 vitamins, aloe for digestion, biotin, collagen, BCAAs, vitamin C, zinc, probiotics and immunity support options for their tasty drinks.
Where to get a loaded tea in the Mobile Bay area?
There are many local, independent spaces run by Herbalife distributors to provide the Mobile Bay area with these popular refreshers.
