The restaurant in downtown Fairhope had a focus on fresh food. Its team mixed dough, sliced pepperoni and chopped veggies in small batches.
In its closing post, the team looked back on the restaurant’s journey:
Helen Keller said that life is either a daring adventure or nothing at all. Through blood, sweat, tears, laughter, pizza, beer and soft serve, Nini Squares was definitely a daring adventure. It’s time for us to move on to the next one. Thanks for the memories y’all!
