Jubilee Nutrition Virginia Merchant How Baldwin County restaurants scored in health inspections Sept. 2026 — Jubilee Nutrition on Greeno Road received a perfect health inspection score this month! (Virginia Merchant / Mobile Bay Now)

The Alabama Department of Public Health scored 164 Baldwin County restaurants and food spots between Aug. 21 (our last report) and Sept. 17, from Fairhope coffee shops to Gulf Shores grocery stores. Here’s the full breakdown, with addresses so you can look up your usual spot.

How the scoring works

ADPH inspectors score food establishments on a 100-point scale, and here’s how Baldwin County’s inspections shook out:

28 establishments scored a perfect 100
130 scored in the 90-99 range
5 scored in the 80-89 range
1 scored below 80

Per the Alabama Department of Public Health, those numbers determine what happens next:

85-100: satisfactory compliance, inspected on a routine schedule
70-84: requires a follow-up inspection within 60 days
60-69: requires follow-up and reinspection within 48 hours
Below 60: the establishment is closed immediately

One Summerdale spot, Dixie Oaks Food Mart, landed below 80 and will need a follow-up inspection within 60 days.

Perfect scores: 28 Baldwin County spots hit 100
