Fairhope’s location of Culver’s officially opens its doors on Monday, Sept. 7, 2026, bringing the Wisconsin-based chain’s burgers, cheese curds and frozen custard to State Highway 181.
The location is locally owned and operated by Matt and Sara Koon, who worked for years to bring the franchise to Fairhope. The Fairhope City Council approved the project back on Jan. 12, 2026.
Where to find it
The new restaurant sits at the intersection of Highway 181 and Highway 104 in front of Publix.
It’ll be open 10:30AM–10PM, seven days a week.
The first flavor of the day is Butter Pecan, and the soup rotation includes George’s Chili and George’s Chili Supreme, while supplies last.
