DESCRIPTION:From Zumba to bodyweight exercises to yoga and mindfulness\, these workouts have something for everyone – both physically and mentally. The City of Mobile will host a fitness class on Thursday\, Feb. 15\, 2024\, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Dow Amphitheater.
