Ok, so while hunting for restaurants to test out for our A – Z Eating project, we kept hearing about Market by the Bay.
It’s located just on the Eastern Shore side of Mobile over in Daphne.
And they were our “M” restaurant for our eating project.

Market by the Bay was simple to access as it’s directly on Hwy 98 in Daphne (just south of the Gator Boardwalk).
The atmosphere is relaxed, and it’s got a nice bay vibe with plenty of photos on the walls you can check out.
Right inside the door, you can check out those specials!
Their menu has plenty of great seafood options.
I’m all about testing out po-boys, and our son was intrigued by the Bama Chopped Cheese po-boy (not seafood, we know – but tasty!)
My wife tested a new dish as well.
It was great. Had a slight temperature issue, but it was no problem.
