Hailing from Brooklyn\, NY\, his journey began with a songwriting mentorship from Tommy James\, leading to the co-writing of the 1969 hit “Ball of Fire” for James’ band\, The Shondells. In the 1970s\, Sudano co-founded two groups\, Alive ‘N Kickin’ and Brooklyn Dreams\, both of which achieved Billboard chart success with songs like “Tighter\, Tighter” and “Heaven Knows\,” respectively. His songwriting talents have been recognized by iconic artists such as Dolly Parton and Reba McEntire\, who recorded his song “Starting Over Again\,” as well as Michael and Jermaine Jackson with “Tell Me I’m Not Dreaming.” \n\n\n\nHowever\, his most significant collaboration began in 1977 when he started working with Donna Summer\, co-writing her hit “Bad Girls” and forming a musical partnership and marriage that lasted over three decades until her passing in 2012. \n\n\n\nFollowing this personal tragedy\, Sudano embarked on a new chapter\, focusing on his own music. Over the past decade\, he has released six albums and numerous singles\, blending philosophical\, spiritual\, love\, and social consciousness themes. His latest album\, Talkin’ Ugly Truth\, Tellin’ Pretty Lies\, explores the stages of life\, from the exhilaration of youth to the complexities of love\, loss\, and the lessons learned along the way. \n\n\n\nWhether performing at home or on the road\, Sudano takes his audience on a journey of storytelling through song. Detective Crockett’s partner\, Sinks\, was found in his hotel room\, where he apparently succumbed to a popular “vice” in 1980’s Miami… or was it foul play? Sinks was investigating a popular Miami night club the night he died. The cartel responsible is holding a secret meeting at one of their night clubs\, The Babylon\, to discuss how to cover the murder up. There are 4 people who were last seen with Sinks at the club the night before; Cartel kingpin and club owner Starface\, the club manager\, Buggs Moran\, one of the club’s regulars and heiress to the Holiday Inn fortune\, London Holiday\, and a pilot who is known to fly around with more than just people\, Emilia NoHart\,. These 4 are meeting with other members of this exclusive club to share what they know and how they plan on dealing with it before the cops start swarming the place. It will be your job to infiltrate the cartel meeting and try to catch the killer who did this terrible deed. Lucky for you\, one of their own has turned on them and has provided the secret code you will need to infiltrate their secret meeting. In order to protect their identity\, the informant has hidden these codes in various locations\, and you will need to solve riddles in order to find the code to get you into the meeting later that night. Just be careful\, because if your cover is blown\, you might have to “Say hello to their little friend!” You will be working together as a group to solve the riddles and the murder as well. Groups of up to 15 people are allowed\, if you bring more they will need to be split into multiple groups. If you do not have 15 people\, we will group you with some others to help you. If your group wins\, all of you win a prize! A great opportunity to have fun with your friends while making new ones! Don’t worry\, though\, if you can’t figure out a riddle\, HQ will be on hand to support you and offer you hints if your team gets stuck. However\, this comes at a cost\, you’ll have a point marked against your team for each time you have to phone HQ. At the end of the night\, the team that solves the murder with the fewest points deducted from their score will win a prize!
