DESCRIPTION:Mobile County residents will have the opportunity to dispose of unwanted household items and yard debris for free during the spring 2025 Operation Clean Sweep events\, held from 7 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the following locations: \n\n\n\n\nSouth Mobile County – May 10\, 2025 • 7195 Half Mile Rd.\, Irvington\n\n\n\n\nHosted annually by the Mobile County Department of Environmental Enforcement\, these events aim to keep Mobile County clean by offering residents a responsible way to dispose of or recycle household discards and yard waste. \n\n\n\nEach household is limited to one load\, and proof of residency is required. Accepted items include appliances\, computers\, printers\, flat-screen TVs and monitors\, household goods\, yard debris\, scrap metal\, clothing\, microwaves\, electronics\, and up to ten tires. Hazardous waste\, dump trailers\, and business waste will not be accepted.
