Poetry Workshop with Charlotte Pence

The Mobile Arts Council invites members to an immersive poetry workshop at the MAC Gallery @ Room 1927 on May 3 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., led by Mobile’s inaugural Poet Laureate, Charlotte Pence. Designed for both aspiring and experienced poets, the workshop offers a unique opportunity to explore the intersection of poetry and visual art while connecting with fellow literary enthusiasts.

Space is limited to the first 15 members who register. Participants are encouraged to bring their favorite writing tools—whether pens, pencils, notepads, an iPad, or even a typewriter—along with a water bottle and a small snack or sack lunch if desired.
