LODA ArtWalk Celebrates National Scavenger Hunt Day

LODA ArtWalk will celebrate National Scavenger Hunt Day on Friday, May 9, from 6 to 9 p.m. in Downtown Mobile. This free monthly event highlights the city’s visual, performing, and culinary arts community, with a unique theme each month—May’s theme invites attendees to embark on a thrilling scavenger hunt beginning at Cathedral Square.

From 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., participants can stop by the Events Info tent in Cathedral Square to receive a scavenger hunt sheet featuring 10 creative clues. At each location, participants will take a selfie and scratch off the clue on their sheet. The first 24 individuals to complete all 10 stops and return their sheet to the tent will win a prize. All others will receive a participation certificate.

The Kids Zone on N. Claiborne Street will feature scavenger hunt crafts, interactive games, and hands-on activities, providing a fun-filled experience for young explorers. Meanwhile, S. Claiborne Street will host the Non-Profit Zone, where attendees can engage with local organizations.
