Eastern Shore Baptist Church Miles for Missions 5K and Fun Run

The Youth Choir of Eastern Shore Baptist Church is hosting the “Miles for Missions” 5K and Fun Run on Saturday, March 8, 2025, in Daphne, Alabama. The race begins at 8:00 a.m. at Daphne City Hall, with proceeds supporting the 2025 Youth Choir Mission Tour to Nashville, Tennessee.

Awards for the 5K will be presented to the top three male and female overall finishers, as well as the top three males and females in the following age groups: 9 & under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, and 80+. Fun Run awards will be given to the top three overall boys and girls.

Online registration is available until 10:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, March 6, 2025. Participants may also register in person at Eastern Shore Baptist Church or by mail, with entries received by noon on Friday, March 7, 2025. Checks should be made payable to Eastern Shore Baptist Church with “Miles for Missions” noted in the memo. Race-day registration will be available at 7:00 a.m. at Daphne City Hall (cash, check, Venmo, or PayPal). Packet pick-up will take place at the church on Friday, March 7, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and at City Hall on race day beginning at 7:00 a.m.

Shirts

Shirts are guaranteed only for participants registered by February 17, 2025, including those selecting the “shirt only” option. Late registrants will receive shirts while supplies last.

Entry Fees

Pre-registered by January 31:

• 5K: $25
• Fun Run: $20

Registered between February 1 – March 7:

• 5K: $30
• Fun Run: $20

Day of Race (March 8):

• 5K: $35
• Fun Run: $20

Shirt only (not running): $20

Post-Race

Participants can enjoy awards, snacks, and beverages after the race.
