Dada Lawn Party

When reality takes a surreal turn, it’s time for lobster croquet. Alabama Contemporary Art Center invites the community to the Dada Lawn Party, a fundraiser supporting the new community art studio and Artist in Residence space, ACAC Satellite, located at 561 St. Francis St.
This ticketed Sunday brunch and yard party features a grits bar by Big Bad Breakfast and classic lawn games with a Surrealist twist. Guests are encouraged to dress in fancy hats and knickers while enjoying unconventional games such as bizarre badminton or cornhole played with anything but beanbags.
Tickets are priced at $35 for Art Club and ACAC members and $50 for nonmembers. VIP tickets are available for $75, offering access to a cozy lounge and complimentary specialty cocktails from Cathead Distillery. Attendees must be 21+ to participate.
