2025 BRIDGE BUILDER CLASSIC

The excitement of HBCU basketball returns to the Port City with the Bridge Builder Classic, scheduled for Saturday, January 20, 2025, at the USA Mitchell Center. Now in its fourth year, this event features two Historically Black Colleges and Universities competing for the coveted Bridge Builder Classic trophy. This year’s matchup highlights the Thorobreds of Kentucky State University hosting the Tigers of Benedict College.

Ahead of the main event, four local high schools will take the court, offering a showcase of exceptional local talent.
